This state of the art new distillery at Ballykeefe is the first Whiskey distillery to operate in Kilkenny in over 200 years. It revives an Irish tradition of family farm distilleries lost for centuries.
We will stock hubbard chickens and bronze turkeys that will have access to fresh pasture all day to exercise and forage. We will also have farm fresh eggs available for sale in October.

At Goatsbridge Fish Farm, trout is their passion. Their knowledge and experience farming rainbow trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clear waters of The Little Arrigle River, giving their trout unique taste and texture. They love trout, and they know if you give it a try you will too!
“Nothing says home like the smell of baking”, is one of Martina Foleys favourite quotes. Having spent her childhood years growing up in their family guesthouse with the delightful aroma of home baking from the kitchen of her mother, Marie, whose baking skills were developed from the traditional “just like Granny used to make recipes”.
Originally we could not find a single pesto that did not havesome filler, preservative or alternative ingredient in it. So we started making our own. An unadulterated pesto to an original Italian recipe.
Highbank Orchards is home to the original and innovative and multi award winning HIGHBANK orchard syrup. We also produce several delicious Apple juices, including our acclaimed Christmas organic mulling apple juice.
We are now a member of the Kilkenny Food Trail. This is a Kilkenny project launched to provide awareness of the local food producers, local restaurants and food outlets around the county.
We are the first farm – to – table producers of Rosé Veal in Ireland and our Kilkenny Rosé Veal is reared to the highest possible standards on our family farm in Windgap, Co. Kilkenny. Our Kilkenny Rosé Veal is supplied directly to a range of butchers and restaurants across the Southeast.
