The Chapter Rooms
The Chapter House at St. Marys Cathedral has been fully restored to its former glory. The Chapter House was built in the late 19th century by then Bishop of Ossory A. Brownrigg. The Chapter Room is situated on the first floor of the Chapter House and as is evident from the photographs the room has been tastefully renovated to create a magnificant venue for meetings, conferences, retreats and various other functions.

As well as having the character and olde world feel the Chapter Room is fully equipped with overhead projectors and screen, sound system and all the requirements of the modern age. A fully fitted kitchenette is available for use, it is located through the secret door of the Chapter Room. Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel
The Berkeley Room in Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel is not your average Kilkenny corporate venue. Kilkenny Castle & Conference Centre
The Parade Tower Wing is the dedicated events area of Kilkenny Castle and incorporates the entire west wing and two of the Castle's medieval towers. This multi-purpose venue is designed to accommodate conferences, receptions, product launches, gala dinners as well as cultural and artistic events. More recently, it has become an intimate venue for civil marriage ceremonies.
For eight centuries, Kilkenny Castle has hosted many significant historic gatherings. Indeed, the Parade Tower housed the Great Council Chamber where Parliament sat in the 17th century.
In addition to The Parade Tower Wing, the magnificent Long Gallery of Kilkenny Castle is available for hire for appropriate evening events, including classical music recitals, poetry readings and pre-dinner drinks receptions.
