Established in 1620, as The Castle Tavern, it is one of the city’s oldest Bars boasting both a rich history and a modern vibrance which has made it a mecca for locals and tourists alike. Good food and live Irish music are the staple diversons of the day that all are treated to.
The Loft café, bar and restaurant, located above Langton's at Cillín Hill has a distinctly warm feel to it's contemporary interior with a wood panelled feature wall and amber accents picked out in the fabric choices. The bar is dotted with cake stands; laden with Langton's delicious moist carrot cake, ever popular chocolate biscuit cake and jars of cookies. An Elektra coffee machine promises great coffee.
