Our charismatic instructors will guide you along exclusive trails and show you how to shoot weirs and ride the rapids. We will pass through dramatic landscapes, mysteries wooded valleys and old navigations once used by the Guinness barges to deliver Ireland’s favourite tipple. Bring a picnic, visit the playground of The Incredible Mr Kavanagh and take a swim in tranquil sheltered waters of our favourite remote pools.

Dublin to Kilkenny Adventure Trail
Duration: 7 Days or call for shorter route.
Paddle and Cycling Tour - €120pp or €249 including B&B Accommodation.
Starting point – Dublin city centre cycle along the Grand Canal route leading you through the South of the city and quickly into a more rural setting.
Rural cycle path parallels the canal all the way and passes through Dublin Suburbs.
Lunch Stop at the village at the Lyons Estate
Continue on route to the final resting place of Arthur Guinness nearby.
Continue cycle along a traffic free route to the pretty town of Sallins with an abundance of pubs, shops and restaurants
Cross over the River Liffey via Leinster Aquaduct and continue onto Robertstown, a beautiful tranquil waterway village.
Final destination – cross over at Lowtown to southern branch and finish in Rathdangan for a relaxing night.
Next day – we will exchange modes of transport, from here we will continue our journey by Canadian canoe. Taking you down one of the most interesting, intimate and enchanting Waterways in Ireland.
Pass through and explore the quant and traditional towns and villages such as Carlow, Leighlingridge, Bagenalstown, Goresbridge and Graignamanagh.
Camp wild along the banks nightly or alternatively choose from a multiple of B&B’s along the route.

Looking for adventure – something to get your adrenalin pumping? Go with the flow is the perfect solution for stags and hens looking to create the perfect memory and day to remember. We will organise your day so that you and the gang spend at least 3 hours on different stretches of the River Barrow, ranging from white-water spills and thrills to something a little calmer. Choose between open Canoes with two or three in each. Go with the Flow understands that large groups come with natural dare devils willing to jump straight in but of course we take upmost care in ensuring that nervous campers are A-OK!! We never miss a good photo opportunity and we will take some snaps and provide you with a digital photo album that documents your adventure.
