For three generations, the family have been farming rainbow trout from the crystal clear waters of The Little Arrigle River, giving the trout its unique taste and texture. Situated in Thomastown, the farm also has a Visitor Centre that provides tours for schools, groups or casual visitors, pre-booking is essential.
