Whitewater activities offer all the thrills and spills you’re after and you’re certainly in the right place in Graignamanagh; let the instructors take you on a memorable journey. You will be shooting weirs and waterfalls, riding the rapids, all safe in the knowledge that you are in good hands. You decide how wet n’ wild you want it. You can go all out or take it easy!

In contrast to the heart racing whitewater activities, the still water canoeing tours are relaxing and allow for some chill time. Cruising down stream, you’ll be able to pass by and enjoy some Medieval landmarks along the way. There are also a number of cafes along the riverside where you can park up the kayak and take a breather. Maybe even pack a picnic and stop along the quay where you’re overlooking Mount Brandon and the historic 7 arch stone bridge.

Pure Adventure also has fantastic and fun kayaking camps for teenagers in the summer where you can meet friends and have the craic! There is so much to do kayaking in Graignamanagh and it’s definitely a teenager hotspot you don’t want to miss!
