Demo & hands on €80

Students will be tackling a decadent 70% chocolate cake but that sounds a bit easy….. so they will learn the art of tempering chocolate, the tricky skill of honeycomb, glazing, piping and finishing with a spectacular and delicious creation.

Dark chocolate glaze

Tempered chocolate decorations

 

Students will create all elements finishing with a beautiful and recreateable dessert to impress friends and family

Course details:

  • This course is suitable for beginners
  • Demo and hands-on elements to the class

Class booking are non-refundable however contact us as there may be a waiting list and we can try and resell the ticket

Due to COVID in the unfortunate situation that we need to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund or a rescheduled class will be offered.

Minimum of 10 students are required in order for a class to proceed, a full refund will be offered in the case that the numbers are not met.

Classes are over 18’s, please contact us if you wish to attend with a younger person and we will see if it is possible
