Toasted Italian meringue, dark chocolate discs and salt & pepper ganache

 

Description:

Friday 15th April 11-4pm

Full day demo & hands class including a private lunch in our rustic Barn  11-4pm- €160

Join us for a jam packed day course plus lunch in the Barn followed by an afternoon of filling and finishing your creations

Elements will include:

Savoury scones and sweet pastries and macarons

Fillings like lemon & elderflower curds, sea salt & rosemary caramel

Toasted Italian meringue, salt & pepper ganache

Course details:
This course is suitable for beginners/intermediate
Demo and hands elements to the class
Includes delicious light lunch

 

T&C’s

Student will work as pairs and if you haven’t booked with a pal we will match you with a partner

Class booking are non refundable however contact us as there may be a waiting list and we can try and resell the ticket

Due to COVID in the unfortunate situation that we need to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund or a rescheduled class will be offered.

Minimum of 10 students is required in order for a class to proceed, a full refund will be offered in the case that the numbers are not met.
