Join local printmaker Blaise Butler for a festive, hands-on printmaking workshop where you’ll learn the process of linocut printing, a beginner-friendly technique where you carve a design into soft lino, which is then inked and hand printed.
It is encouraged to bring a simple design (max size 10 × 15 cm) so that you have more time to carve and print your design, or choose from a selection of festive designs provided. With guidance throughout, you’ll ink and hand-print your design onto up to six high-quality cards (with envelopes), creating a beautiful set of handmade Christmas cards to take home.
This workshop is beginner-friendly, calming, and creative, perfect for anyone who wants to try something new or enjoy a festive evening in a unique setting.
All tools and materials are included; just wear something you don’t mind getting ink on!
