A tour of the Basil Goulding Art Collection will take place this Thursday (November 28) at 7.30pm in Butler House with Tim Goulding, artist and son of Sir Basil and Lady Valerie Goulding and leading interior designer, Orla Kelly.
Explore this important collection of contemporary art and learn more about how Sir Basil built his collection and championed up and coming artists, many of whom are now regarded as some of Ireland’s most significant modern artists. Following a restoration and re-hanging project, Kilkenny Civic Trust is privileged to display the collection throughout Butler House including works from Louis le Brocquy, Camille Souter, Patrick Scott, Barrie Cooke and Anne Madden among many other renowned and much loved artists.
The event organised by Kilkenny Civic Trust and all are invited to this relaxed talk with Tim Goulding and Orla Kelly.
