The Wine Centre is a multi award winning specialist off licence based on John Street in the heart of Kilkenny city. We first opened our doors in 1965 and have been renowned for our dedication to customer service and excellence in product selection ever since.
We boast an extensive collection of both new and old world wines and over 300 craft beers which are available both in-store and online at www.thewinecentre.ie. Specialising in whiskey, our in-store ‘Whiskey Wall’ carries over 120 whiskeys from around the world – including a selection of rare & collectables. We also carry an extensive range of gins and other spirits from Ireland and abroad.
The Wine Centre is a proud member of the Kilkenny Whiskey Guild and we carry the largest selection of Irish Whiskeys available in the South East of Ireland. Regular public wine and whiskey tasting events are held in-store while private tastings can also be arranged. We provide personalised, specialist advice and expertise to customers, whatever the budget.
