Fish Cookery Classes at Ryeland House Cookery School

Saturday 15th June & Sunday 30th June 2024

Ryeland House Cookery School was founded by Anne Neary in 1990 and has been providing cookery classes ever since. At the Ryeland House Cookery School we provide practical cookery demonstrations, cooking classes and useful cookery tips in a relaxed and informal setting. Classes are suitable for all regardless of your cooking ability.

When it comes to food the ethos of Anne and the Ryeland House Cookery School has always been one of using locally sourced, great quality ingredients. These fish cookery classes are no different as fresh fish is sourced from Billy Burke Fish & Poultry in Ballybricken, Co. Waterford. Owner Liam Burke is in the fish business for over 25 years and will show you how to choose your fish and how to fillet it.

Anne will then cook the fresh fish for lunch and give her expert tips on how to incorporate marinades and salads. Coffee and scones will be served on arrival and each attendee will receive a set of recipes to develop their newfound skills.

Book now by emailing ryelandhouse@gmail.com or  calling (086) 276 7656.
