Join us for a special ‘Landscapes in Bloom’ Sip n’ Sketch workshop on Thursday 28th March from 5.45 – 7.45pm and explore your inner creativity in a fun and informal art workshop accompanied by a glass of prosecco, wine or soft drink.
This Spring themed workshop will take inspiration from Landscape by May Guinness (part of our permanent collection) and William Wordsworth’s lyric poem “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud” (also called “Daffodils”).
Under the guidance of Artist Rachel Burke, participants will paint their own spring landscape using mixed media – acrylic paints, acrylic inks, watercolours and drawing materials.
No experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
Cost: €50pp, including your tipple of choice!
We hope to host this workshop in the Butler Gallery garden, however, if the weather isn’t ideal the workshop will take place indoors.
