The Hot Box Sauna in an outdoor Finnish Sauna perched on the banks of the River Barrow at Graiguenamanagh-Tinnahinch.  Guests spend 45 minutes sessions between the sauna and the river using the flowing water as a natural plunge pool to cool off between bursts in the heat.
